Application Procedure
- Contact an immigration consultant in your area, which is authorized to promote the Immigrant Investor Program through RCI.
- Complete RCI's Investment Agreement which provides the details of each party's respective responsibilities.
- Submit a copy of your completed immigration application to one of our office for a due diligence verification by one of our in-house lawyers. Once approved, the application may be submitted to the immigration authorities.
- Quebec provincial authorities will review the application and complete an evaluation by interview, then notify you of their decision.
- Following a positive response, transfer the deposit amount to RCI by wire.
- RCI will confirm receipt of the funds to both yourself and the Government of Quebec, who will in turn issue your Certificate of Selection, thus initiating the five year investment period.
- Finally, the Government of Canada, following medical and security verifications, will issue your Canadian visa.
