The Immigrant Investor Program
As a means of promoting economic development across the country, both the Canadian Federal government and the Quebec Provincial government have developed the Immigrant Investor Program to facilitate the immigration process for business people and investors. Immigrants who qualify under this category benefit from expeditious processing towards their permanent resident visa, without the restrictions found within other categories.





To apply for the Immigrant Investor Program, business people or senior managers must
qualify by the minimum criteria:

	Have at least three years of pertinent experience.
	A minimum net worth of $800,000 CDN
	The ability to invest $400,000 CDN in a fully guaranteed, zero-interest Government term note, for a period of 5 years, or the ability to finance a portion of this investment through one of our trusted banking partners.
All that is required is a duly signed RCI Investment Agreement submitted along with your immigration application to the proper government authorities. Once your application is accepted, your funds are invested in a government-approved fund or a Quebec-based eligible corporation and a government guarantee is issued. Although RCI historically has one of the highest approval rates with its immigrant investors, RCI will refund you your full deposit should your application not be accepted.
